Michelle’s work is grounded in humility, community service, and a commitment to making pelvic health education accessible, practical, and trustworthy for everyone. She focuses on calm explanations, realistic suggestions, and options for sensitive days—avoiding scare tactics or judgment.
Michelle founded Pelvic Exercises after experiencing firsthand how difficult it can be to access pelvic health physiotherapy. Her own postnatal journey shaped her lifelong commitment to pelvic health education and inspired her to create resources people can reuse whenever they need support.
Her clinical work included hospital-based physiotherapy for urology, gynaecology, and obstetrics; treating women and men recovering from surgeries; and running physiotherapy exercise classes for pelvic floor care, breast cancer surgery, and general rehabilitation.
